Deer proof fencing
Deer proof fencing needs to be at least eight feet high. One of the reasons why it is so hard to keep deer away from plants is that deer are incredible jumpers. They think nothing of clearing a five-foot chain link fence. They also will not be deterred by many fences that are perfectly vertical. Deer fencing materials often give homeowners the option of being able to slant the fence slightly. This gives the fence some additional width, which will add to its effectiveness.
